For Fort Smith & Springdale locations, exhibitor must collect Arkansas sales tax for all retail sales. Collected sales tax must be surrendered Sunday at close of show to Gem Faire, who will in turn process the collected sales tax with the state of AR.

For Salt Lake City location, Utah State Tax Commission will attend the show to distribute tax packages and collect tax forms at the show.

For Tulsa location, Gem Faire will issue tax packets at the show. You may contact Oklahoma Tax Commission at (405) 521-3160 or visit www.oktax.state.ok.us.
