As an exhibitor with Gem Faire Inc., it is your responsibility to possess the proper state seller’s permit or to obtain a temporary permit by registering with the state tax office. Please see the Application for Exhibit Space or click on the tax offices link below for local State Board of Equalization offices and contact information.

If you need to obtain liability insurance, you may download the Liability Insurance Application Form (PDF) offered by K & K Insurance. However, you can get the insurance from any other insurance company of your choice.
Note: All vendors must have a certificate of insurance naming Gem Faire, Inc. as Additional Insured, minimum policy must be $1,000,000.
