Oregon does not have a state sales tax.
No seller’s permit is required for Oregon Gem Faire locations.

Nevada Location

Nevada exhibitors will receive tax packets issued by Gem Faire at the show.

The Utah State Tax Commission attends Gem Faire events in Utah to distribute tax packets and collect required forms on site.
