◦ Setup Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
◦ Exhibitors must physically check in by 5:00 PM

Tear-Down

◦ Tear-down begins: Sunday at 5:00 PM
◦ Tear-down ends: 7:00 PM

Exhibitors remaining on site after 8:00 PM will be charged $125 per hour or portion thereof.
Setup and tear-down schedules are standard across most Gem Faire locations. Specific venue instructions, if any, will be provided prior to the event.

Exhibitors are responsible for preparing their booth prior to show opening, including table coverings, display setup, and product arrangement.

Please ensure all materials comply with venue and safety requirements.

Table Cover & Skirting Policy

To support sustainability efforts and reduce material waste, table covers and skirting are not automatically included with booth rental.

Exhibitors are encouraged to use their own flame-retardant table coverings whenever possible. This approach helps minimize excess materials while keeping booth costs flexible.

For exhibitors who prefer a fully finished booth appearance, Gem Faire offers optional table covering and skirting services at reduced rates.

Gem Faire provides optional professional decorating services for exhibitors who would like a consistent, finished booth appearance.

Add-on pricing for complete booth skirting and table coverings (standard booth design):

◦ 15′ booth — $218
◦ 20′ booth — $268

Non-standard decorating requests may be quoted on site during setup.

To accommodate wholesale customers who prefer a quieter purchasing environment, Gem Faire offers a Wholesale Buyer Preview at all locations.

◦ Friday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
◦ Access is limited to wholesale-only buyers

Wholesale buyers must present:

◦ A valid state resale license
◦ Matching photo identification

Security is provided during:

◦ Setup
◦ Tear-down
◦ Show hours
◦ Overnight secured lock-up

Gem Faire staff will be on site throughout setup to assist with questions and non-standard requests.
