Standard Booth Sizes & Pricing

◦ 10′ wide × 6′ deep — $1,171 – $1,356
◦ 15′ wide × 6′ deep — $1,588 – $1,787
◦ 20′ wide × 6′ deep — $1,997 – $2,181

Pricing varies by show and location. Please refer to the Exhibit Space Contract for specific event details.

Each standard booth includes:

◦ Tables
◦ Electrical service
◦ Two chairs
◦ City and/or government fees
◦ Company identification sign

For exhibitors who prefer a fully finished booth appearance, Gem Faire offers optional professional decorating services at reduced rates.

Add-on pricing for complete booth skirting and table coverings (standard booth design):

◦ 10′ booth — $168
◦ 15′ booth — $218
◦ 20′ booth — $268

Gem Faire staff will be on site during setup to provide non-standard quotes as needed.
